Heat shrinkable splice protection sleeves for both single
fibre and ribbon fibre applications. All sleeves are made using
Sumitomo heat shrinkable tube. The SPS- family sleeves for single
fibres are semi-preshrunk, presenting only one opening for the
fibre and requiring slightly shorter time in the heat shrink
oven than their FPS- equivalents.
All sleeves are "natural", coloured versions of
the SPS family sleeves are available to order.
The new SPS-40-4.4-N protection sleeve is designed for compatibility with the splice clips in Sumitomo’s eBOXmini family of FTTx splice closures.
