JR-25 |
JR-5B |
| The JR-25 single fibre-stripping tool can be used to remove coating from 250um
primary coated fibres, or to remove both the primary and secondary coating from 900um tight buffered fibres. The JR-25 improves on its
predecessor, the JR-22, by having larger fibre guides, a clearly visible measurement scale and a revised blade design |
The JR-5B is a lightweight heated stripping tool that may be powered by an
internal battery or from an external DC supply. A JR-5B-F kit includes a battery, charger, DC
input adapter and AC/DC converter; all you need to start stripping fibre ribbons in Sumitomo fibre
holders. The JR-5B complies with the ROHS directive 2002/95/EC. |

| The FTA-2 is used for ribbonising single fibres over a short length
to allowing multiple single fibres to be spliced simultaneously on a ribbon splicer. |
